"The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically.  Intelligence plus character- that is the goal of true education."  Martin Luther King Jr.

I am honored and humbled to be named the principal at MFHS. I just completed my twenty-sixth year in education and eighteenth at Menomonee Falls. I look forward to the start of the 2016-17 school year.  I LOVE coming to work and serving the MFHS community.  I would also like to welcome back our existing and new incoming students and parents. As we prepare for the 2016-17 school year, it is very important to communicate expectations. Falls Pride will be something you will hear all year long. Students are to come to school with a PURPOSE.  Students need to RESPECT themselves, fellow students, adults, environment and education.  Students, Failure is NOT an option; students need to advocate for themselves by monitoring their grades and attendance on a regular basis by using PowerSchool.  If there are any discrepancies, students need to seek assistance from teachers, counselors or administrators. The key ingredient for Academic Success is TEAMWORK; consisting of students, parents, teachers and support staff.  An additional ingredient is COMMUNICATION.  We as a school want students to come to MFHS with a positive mindset and know that WE as a staff are here for them.  The goal of all students is that they are prepared for a four year college, technical college, military or work.
Expectations at the high school for student behavior are very simple; demonstrate mature, respectful and responsible behaviors. These behaviors are expected while at school and extra-curricular activities. Parents, it is very important that you and your son/daughter review the Student Handbook. The Student Handbook outlines expectations and consequences for inappropriate school behavior.
Parents, please feel free to contact me or visit the school. You may contact me by phone at 262-255-8444 or by email at vitarob@sdmfschools.org . Emails and phone calls are typically returned within 24 hours. I look forward to working with you and your son/daughter this school year.

Have Falls Pride!

I am excited to begin my third year as an Associate Principal at Menomonee Falls High School.
After graduating from MFHS in 1995 and teaching mathematics here since 2001, I am proud to say that MFHS is a better place than ever learn.  We have talented and hard-working students, a supportive community and a caring and dedicated staff.  I know our culture of improvement will result in a bright future for the children of Menomonee Falls.
I am looking forward to helping our students reach their potential.

Coming back to Menomonee Falls is really a great opportunity for me. Not only did I grow up in the Falls, but I attended MFHS as well. I had so many positive memories of my time at MFHS, including the wonderful teachers, being involved in athletics, and just being a part of an awesome community. I am really looking forward to embracing all of the new changes that have occurred over the years.  I am starting my 19th year in education. My teaching and administrative experiences in Waukesha include 10 years of teaching physical education and health, as well as being the varsity girls and boys tennis coach. I have also had over 7 years as an associate principal at the middle and high school levels.  I am looking forward to working in this great district and continuing my focus on positive school culture and the process of improvement.
Go Falls!

Welcome to Menomonee Falls High School. As the Athletic/Activities Director I am responsible for the district athletic programs and club activities grade 6-12. It is our belief that students need to get involved in extracurricular activities as an important part of their high school experience. We have always enjoyed a tradition of athletic excellence along with high levels of participation in our various award winning clubs and activities. Research has shown that, in general, students who are involved in athletics and other extracurricular activities tend to be happier, enjoy school more and do better academically. In addition, college admissions offices and local business owners have told us repeatedly that they value and prefer “well-rounded” individuals when considering college and job applications. Organizations value people who can function well as a part of a team.
Menomonee Falls High School offers a wide range of activities including 25 athletic programs and over 35 clubs and activities. Our Student Council is the largest student council in the state of Wisconsin and our music programs, Academic Decathlon and FBLA Clubs have all been repeatedly recognized with awards at the local, state and national levels.
We certainly hope our students will have a good experience during their four years here at Menomonee Falls High School. We strongly urge you to get involved and have fun! If you have any questions regarding any of our athletic programs or club activities you can contact the Athletic/Activities Office at (262) 255-8414.
Go Falls!
